Installation and Configuration

We assume that you have already downloaded, installed and activated the module. However, if this is not the case and you are having difficulty with these first steps, we would like to recommend that you familiarize yourself with this general guide.

To connect your online store with the Edrone system, you need your individual App ID key. You can find it via your Edrone account. To get the App ID, log in to and then select the option "Integrations" from the menu on the right.

At this point, copy your app ID. You can do this using a dedicated button:

Now we go to the Shopware backend. First open the configuration area of the plugins. To do this, select the following options from the menu on the left: "Settings" -> "System" -> "Plugins".

Select the Edrone settings area and paste the copied app ID into the corresponding field. Then save the changes.

To be sure, we should now clear the cache files for Shopware. To do this, go to "Settings" -> "System" in the menu and select "Caches & Indices"

Then clear the cache files using the "Clear cache" button:

The data from your online store should now be transferred to Edrone. Please keep in mind that your customers must first accept cookie approval so that the data is collected and you can learn a little more about the visitors.
