Choice of additional articles

As part of our plugin, we can assign the accessory articles using two different methods: directly articles to article or using the dynamic product groups. First we'll try the first method, go to Catalogs -> Products and find an article for which you would like to offer some accessories:

Scroll down and find the area "Additional articles"

As you can see, we have 2 fields to select from. We're currently interested in the "Associated Products" field. Now let's try to select some items from the list and save the changes.

After updating the article in the frontend, you should be able to observe the results:

The second option realtes to the dynamic product groups. You can read more about the product groups in the official documentation of Shopware. For the purposes of this guide, we've created a product group as an example and now we'll assign it to an article. Let's go back to the settings of our article and find the section "Associated Products". We'll now delete the previously selected items, set the product group and save the changes:

After updating the page in the frontend we should see a lot more articles, the group used as an example contains all articles in the online store.

As you can see, it works flawlessly. This completes this part of the guide. We'd also like to invite you to familiarize yourself with the second part of the manual, where you can convince yourself of the extensive configuration options that only Crehler can deliver.
